All of our residential properties are inspected annually, have Energy Performance Certificates, up to date Gas safe records and are electrically sound. We take maintenance issues seriously and have found this to strengthen our relationships with all of our tenants significantly. We believe that all properties should be let in a condition that we would only be prepared to live in ourselves, this includes ensuring properties are cleaned throughout before check in.

It is because of our strong values that we only appoint an ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualified letting agent to manage our property portfolio.

Applegate Lettings have worked with us for many years now and offer our tenants extra benefits and protection in various forms, one of these being CMP (Client money protection) insurance. CMP insurance protects both the tenant and the landlord when handing funds over to their letting agent, although many tenants do not realise they are not covered by this when using an un-licensed letting agent.

Working with Applegate Lettings we have increased the DAM residential portfolio significantly over the years and we intend to continue growing over the forthcoming years. DAM will consider all residential opportunities no matter how large or small, this can mean purchasing an individual property or larger portfolio.
