DAM Investments & Properties Ltd currently owns two sites in the Huddersfield area which are leased to local businesses. Our site in Milnsbridge covers 11 acres and is currently seeking planning permission for new buildings for the existing tenants. Our site in Fartown covers seven acres and has plenty of undeveloped space waiting to be used.

Our aim is always to be developing at least one site so that businesses can move in and start trading, generating jobs and cash for the local economy. We offer competitive rates to established businesses who are moving into our premises and try and work with tenants to ensure that the buildings are what they require.

As a business DAM has an entrepreneurial spirit and we seek to encourage start-up businesses on our properties by offering 6 months' rent free tenancy in an effort to get people started.

When we look to buy a property or piece of land for commercial use we are happy to take on redevelopment jobs as well as full site developments. We are passionate about setting down roots in communities and working to ensure that local areas benefit from our expertise and knowledge.
