DAM Investments and Properties Ltd is a family owned Yorkshire business with strong roots in the area. We have a long standing interest in property, both commercial and residential and between us over 70 years of experience in property whether in building, renovating, extending or refurbishing.

The company was formed in 2010 by Maurice Mosley, and his two sons, Adam and David. The aim of the company is to capitalise on the expertise they share in the property market by providing an approachable and efficient way for individuals and companies to sell their buildings or land to people who care.

David Mosley has a particular interest in new build developments, full of modern equipment and living space. Adam Mosley prefers older, more careworn buildings which require a little TLC and Maurice tends to invest in buildings whereby energy efficiency can be improved through the use of new technologies and considered renovation. As a collective, all of the Mosley's like exploring the potential a building holds and any seller can be confident that a purchase decision will be made almost immediately.

At the moment most of DAM interest is in West Yorkshire but the company are always seeking new opportunities, no matter where they present themselves. DAM Investments and Properties pride themselves on their ability to give quick and honest assessments of any property offered. All partners look to work with, and build good relationships with, surveyors, developers, estate agencies and so on, who might need to sell a property on behalf of a client.
